Vivienne Skirt
The Vivienne Skirt is made up of two full-circle layers of varying lengths.
Both layers are hemmed with a row of wide ruffled lace. The skirt features
a waistband with long adjustable ties and a button closure. Alternately,
the skirt can be made with an elasticized back waist for ease of movement.
Skirt is shown with a crinoline (not included).
